This was a special shoot.
Levi just turned two when I first met him. His four-legged siblings were a little older: Loki was 12 and Tigi was 9.
See, Levi’s Dad received one of my gift vouchers for his 40th. We decided to have a family shoot that revolved around Levi in early Spring 2015.
It was great fun hanging with Levi that morning - he showed me his toy collection (he particularly loves trains & buses! By the end of the day, he wanted to send me home with one of his purple ones!) Levi adores Loki & Tigi - particularly Tigi the younger of the two - he steals glances at the pooches and the pooches throw glances back. Levi’s morning routine starts by giving Loki & Tigi a treat each - they have learned to take food from Levi gently. Often, Loki & Tigi just sit and watch Levi play. It’s fun watching these three interact.
When it came to story time, we read about Spot the dog. As soon as the part about dancing came up, Levi would demonstrate how it was done. This little kid has groove.
While we hung at the park, Levi, Loki & Tigi would often check to see if I was following close behind. Levi’s Dads managed to pack all 6 of us into the car for a little drive. I got lucky to have Tigi sitting on my lap.
There’s so much love, honesty and trust in this family of five. I love that Levi and this Dads have group hugs - I think that’s something we should all have.
Hope you enjoy Levi’s album. I didn’t get around to photographing the 2 wall art pieces. But I’m sure - and I am honoured - that Levi & Co will enjoy their artworks for many years to come.
